Just wanted to let you know that I had my daughter there last month for a haircut and what a great experience! I was extremely pleased with the service and it's all my daughter talks about! Thanks again for putting your customers first and ensuring they have a great experience!!!

Glamour Night was a night I will never forget. When you become a mom you tend to put yourself last but that night I was put first. Having my hair, nails and make-up done for me was truly a treat! I felt beautiful and I can't say Thank You enough. Seeing the other mom's having a relaxing and fun evening was so enjoyable.
I look forward to the next Glamour Night!

Hi Shomaila,
I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the great birthday party
on Saturday, October 3rd. All of the kids who were there said it was the
"most awesome" party ever. The 3 girls that you had working the party who
were doing the hair, make-up and nails were so great with the kids. They
were so organized and kept all the kids busy.
The kids loved their dress up pictures as well as their treat bags at the
end.
I appreciate how easy you made the party to organize and how high energy and
friendly all your staff are.

Dear Shomaila and Staff;
I am writing you this letter with regards to the recent "Glamour Girl" party that I had at your salon for my daughters 5th Birthday Party.
Not only was I extremely pleased with the event but it exceed my expectations, and that can be hard to do.
From someone who has thrown numerous "theme" parties for her daughter I wasn't sure what exactly to expect, When we first arrived you and your staff were right there. The staff you have working the parties are young and energetic and had no problem relating to the girls. They asked the girls how they wanted their hair, nails and make up done, which I thought was great. Giving them choices. It was fabulous.
Everything was so well organized, and all I had to do was bring the cake.
Not only have you impressed me and my family but the hearts and memories of 12 little girls who (a week later) are still talking about the birthday party and how much fun they had. For me that is worth it's weight in gold.
I want to give you my deepest thanks and appreciation for all of your hard work and dedication to what you do. It was worth every penny. We will see you next year. Since last weekend my youngest daughter who is only three has already putin her request for a "Glamour Girl" party...so I guess that means we will see you twice.

Yesterday I had my daughter in for a hair cut (her first cut) at your establishment.
I would just like to say that the service we received was exceptional. Not only did your girls squeeze Dela in for a cut without an appointment as we did not know what time we would be near Bedford having found your web site, but they made a 2 year old feel comfortable and gave her an experience she is chatting about non-stop. We have told people we know how great it was there, directed them to your web site, and will keep telling people. We already decided that we will, in the future, plan her cuts when we are making the trek down so your store can cut her hair again.
