Franchise Training
Training for success
The thought of starting a new business can be scary. But our Training Department is there for you every step of the way. Our instruction will provide a solid foundation and get you off to a great start.
Pre-Opening Training
You will recieve hands on, comprehensive training at a live Sharkey's Cuts for Kids salon with all the travel and accommodations included in your franchise fee. You will have two full days of actually running the salon from opening procedures to scheduling, customer check in/out, party booking, restocking, cleaning and much more. You will also have one full day of "classroom" training where we will discuss topics such as:
- Purchasing and inventory procedures
- Quality control measures
- Retail Merchandising
- Point of sale instruction
- How to increase sales through add-on sales
- Financial controls
- Marketing, advertising and grand opening guidelines
- Business development and management
- Human Resources Support
Grand Opening Training
During your grand opening we will be there to provide support and assistance up to 3 days before opening and 3 days after opening.
On-Going Training
Once your salon is open we continue to help you grow through regular field support at your location, telephone and local training sessions, monthly newsletters and ongoing research and development that offer you and your team fresh innovative ideas.

We ask that you complete our Franchising Application and submit to the Area Developer. Upon approval of your application, we will send you a current copy of our Franchise Disclosure Documents and schedule a Discovery Day visit.
