Simple steps to secure your dream

It's an important decision but it's not a difficult process. From start to finish we promise to make the process clear, informative, and enjoyable.

  1. Review the information on this website, then complete and submit the Sharkey's Cuts for Kids franchising application.
  2. Upon preliminary review of your application we will contact you for a phone interview. This provides a good opportunity for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have.
  3. After reviewing your qualifications and we both agree to proceed, we'll invite you to come spend some time at one of our salons. During this visit, you'll get an overview of the company and meet with the executive and senior management teams. In addition to learning about training, marketing, and ongoing support this is an excellent time for you to answer any outstanding questions you may have.
  4. Within a few days of your visit, we will notify you of our decision to award the franchise. And we look forward to your acceptance in a timely manner.
  5. We will provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your complete review and due diligence and the contact info for existing franchisees if you wish to discuss this opportunity with them.
  6. Throughout the process, we will discuss with you real estate opportunities and available territories in the marketplace. If you choose to sign an Area Representative Agreement (ARA), you will need to lay out your territory and store opening schedule for inclusion in your Execution Documents.
  7. Once you have made the decision to move forward and become a Sharkey's Cuts for Kids franchisee, you will sign the Franchise Agreement, pay the franchise fee and officially become part of the family.
